We use high bandwidth servers that are regularly backed up and professionally maintained. The fee also pays for ongoing development and the introduction of new designs and features.

Yes. We can create a link to your old site. Unfortunately we aren’t able to provide data transfer services but you are welcome to transfer text and images over to your new site from your old one. We can also link to forums and other external services that you already use and wish to keep. If you wish you can point an existing domain name to your new one so people will still know where to find your website.

Yes. To allow us to provide the website at such a low price we ask that we are able to show a sponsored banner and buttons. This allows our sponsors to provide special offers and news of their latest products directly to you. This can certainly be seen as a benefit to your club and members.

Yes, you can cancel your website at any time although your annual fee cannot be refunded. We will ensure that you have enough time to download your content from the website before it is switched off. If you have any concerns then get in touch, we are friendly people and will do our best to help.

Yes, you get several by default with access to webmail as well. Please state during your application (on the website configuration form) if you have any special email requirements. More email addresses can be added if you need them.

Yes. Although we encourage customers to sign up, our customers should also be able to pay directly with their credit/debit card through PayPal without registering an account. We also accept payment by 2Checkout (2CO).

We have tested our websites on most platforms and browsers. Browsing as a visitor to a club website there should be no problems at all. When managing the website however we are aware of an issue associated with the Safari browser when being used on a Mac. As a simple solution we recommend using Firefox instead of Safari to edit your club website if using a Mac.
